I don’t even know where to begin. Rose has been everything she promised she would be in a real estate agent and then some! From the very beginning, she has been dedicated to my home buying process. From a presentation in what to expect as a first time home buyers, to as many showings as my heart desired, and being extremely communicative during the entire escrow process. Rose is always available, she will find the answers to all your questions, she is an agent that is truly part of the process. When I first met her, I told her “I want an agent that is invested in my success.” And she has TRULY been that.

I originally was going to go with a cash offer, but then I was referred to Rose. I was of course skeptical since I was not from CA. As I got to know her she was very knowledgeable & experienced & REALLY helped hold my had during this whole process. We had to get my mom's house sold quickly (why I was going to go with a cash offer). We ended up getting the house sold within 30 days. She was ALWAYS available & quick to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Rose if you need help getting your house sold quickly.

My wife and I had the satisfaction of working with Rose on purchasing our second home. Roses dedicated services, knowledge, professionalism, and work ethic to her clients is second to none. My wife and I first met Rose at an open house she was hosting down the street from our current house. My wife told Rose we were looking at a specific house not yet on the market, but coming soon. They exchanged numbers. Rose did not hound us about looking at other properties. When that specific house came on the market, Rose call my wife to inform us it was now on the market and asked if we were still interested in the house. We were still interested in the house. We asked Rose if we could go see the house asap and Rose showed up with in 15 min to show us the house. Rose pointed out some item of concerns about the house that we weren't aware of, only someone with that knowledge and experiance would notice. Rose walked us through the process of making an good offer. We were using a VA loan and unfortunately the sell was not taking VA offers, so we didn't get the house. We were not in no rush to buy a house, so again Rose didn't hound us on looking at other properties, which we greatly appreciated. When My wife and I found another house that we were interested in we called Rose. Rose was available right away. We put in an offer and it got accepted. Rose guided us through the process, held our hand, and was available when ever we had questions. Our VA appraisal came back under the asking price. VA said we can submit three comparables of similar house to see if the house will reappraise to asking price. Rose went above and beyond the min requirements. Rose submitted 12 comparables. As we got closer to our closing date VA lagged on their end to get an reappraisal done. Rose took the initiative and made multiple call to find out who she needs to speak with to get the reappraisal reordered and appraised. Rose got The VA to get it reordered and reappraised. The reappraisal came back at asking price, so now we didn't have to come out of pocked with the difference of first appraisal and asking price. From what I hear VA reappraisals don't usually come back with asking price. Through out all the delays that the appraisal caused, Rose kept good communicate with the seller & sellers agent and assured them we would not back out of the deal. Rose also made sure the seller would not back out due to delays. We ended up purchasing our second house and only looked at two house in all. On our first home purchase we looked at between 15 to 20 house, submitted multiple offers on multiple home just to get outbidded, which is frustrating and exhausting. Roses price offering technique is outstanding.
